Our Therapeutic Approach

Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and goals.

We explore how your past informs your present—while equipping you with insight and practical tools to build a stronger, more connected future. Our work integrates client-centered, trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices, including:

  • IFS helps you explore the different “parts” of yourself—like the inner critic or the people-pleaser—so you can better understand your inner world and respond to yourself with more compassion and clarity.

  • CBT focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It helps you identify unhelpful thinking patterns and learn practical strategies to shift them.

  • DBT teaches skills to manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, and stay grounded in the present—especially during stressful or emotionally intense moments.

  • EFT helps you understand and express your emotions in healthier ways, so you can create more secure, connected relationships—with others and with yourself.

  • RT uses mindfulness and emotional regulation to restore peace and balance to your life by identifying and shifting negative internal messages and maladaptive behaviors—used for both individuals and couples.

  • This approach to couples therapy is based on decades of research and focuses on building trust, improving communication, and reducing conflict through practical, relationship-strengthening tools.
